SHOP UPDATE: Huge sales in the last two weeks means more money than ever going to finding retired greyhounds homes, which is fantastic but it also means we are running short of stock - not so fantastic. If we don’t have the items you’re after, apologies but more coats and collars will be coming in over the next couple of weeks. Flick us an email and we’ll let you know as soon as new stock is in the shop. Thank you for your support (and patience!) paula@gap.co.nz

FAQ

Where is my order?

All orders* are shipped from Auckland and are delivered by Courier Post. Orders are sent as soon as payment has cleared (this may take a few days if you have paid by bank transfer or cheque). Courier Post aim to deliver by next working day to major towns and cities. Please note that delivering to rural addresses can add between 1-3 days to the standard targeted delivery times. These delivery times are a guide not a guarantee.

*(apart from the Soft Sac beds which are shipped directly from the manufacturer and will take 7-10 working days for delivery).

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we can only ship to New Zealand addresses.

What are your delivery charges?

We use Courier Post for our deliveries to ensure your goodies arrive safely and quickly. Prices vary depending on size of order but we aim to keep costs as reasonable as possible. Additional fees are charged for rural addresses as per Courier Post's standard charges.

Where do profits go?

100% of profits from the goods sold on Greyt Stuff are returned to the charity Greyhounds as Pets to help more retired greyhounds find their forever homes.

How do I care for the coats and collars?

Our fleece coats are made of polar fleece which is warm, lightweight and easy to care for. We recommend cold machine wash, normal spin, and line dry only. We recommend gentle handwashing for our martingale collars to keep them looking bright and new.
