FAQ

When will I get my order?

All* orders are shipped from Auckland and are delivered by Courier Post. Orders are sent next working day after payment has cleared (this may take a few days if you have paid by bank transfer or cheque). Courier Post aim to deliver by next working day to major towns and cities. Please note that delivering to rural addresses can add between 1-3 days to the standard targeted delivery times. These delivery times are a guide not a guarantee.

*apart from the Soft Sac beds which are shipped directly from the manufacturer and will take 7-10 working days for delivery.

Can I track my parcel?

Tracking numbers are only emailed as a matter of course for orders over $100. If your order is under this amount but you would like a tracking number to ensure your package is delivered safely, please feel free to request this in the "notes to seller" section at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we can only ship to New Zealand addresses.

What are your delivery charges?

We use Courier Post for most* of our deliveries to ensure your goodies arrive safely and quickly. Prices vary depending on size of order but we aim to keep costs as reasonable as possible. Additional fees are charged for rural addresses as per Courier Post's standard charges.

*Calendars and gift vouchers will be sent by standard NZ Post.

Where do profits go?

100% of profits from the goods sold on Greyt Stuff are returned to the charity Greyhounds as Pets to help more retired greyhounds find their forever homes.

How do I care for the coats and collars?

Our fleece coats are made of polar fleece which is warm, lightweight and easy to care for. We recommend cold machine wash with a gentle detergent, normal spin, and line dry only. We recommend washing fleece alone or with other clothing that is similar in texture to minimise abrasion and pilling.

We recommend gentle handwashing for our martingale collars to keep them looking bright and new.
